1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Expirely LLC ("Expirely", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in the United States of America.

By accessing or using our document expiration tracking service at goexpirely.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Expirely provides a cloud-based document expiration tracking and reminder service that allows users to:

  • Track expiration dates for documents, licenses, permits, certifications, and other time-sensitive items
  • Receive automated email alerts before documents expire
  • Store and organize digital copies of documents
  • Manage multiple assets and their associated documents

The Service is provided "as is" and is intended as a tracking and reminder tool only. It does not provide legal, compliance, or professional advice.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our Service.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Pricing Plans

We offer various subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Prices are in US dollars and may be subject to change with 30 days notice.

4.2 Free Trial

We offer a 15-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.

4.3 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan
  • Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe

4.4 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable.

4.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not upload illegal content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, use automated bots, or resell the Service without our written consent.

6. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely for providing the Service to you.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, features, functionality, design, and branding, is owned by Expirely and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

Expirely is a reminder tool only. It is your responsibility to independently verify document expiration dates and take appropriate action. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from missed deadlines or expired documents.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Expirely and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your User Content.

11. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice for material changes.

12. Termination

We may terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and sending an email notification for significant changes.
