GoExpirely is FMCSA compliance tracking software built for trucking fleets. It monitors expiration dates for CDLs, DOT medical certificates, annual inspections, and all other documents in your driver qualification (DQ) files — and sends automatic email alerts before each deadline so your trucks stay compliant and on the road.

When you add a document with an expiration date, GoExpirely automatically schedules email alerts at 90, 60, 30, and 7 days before expiration — the industry standard lead times for FMCSA document renewals. Critical expirations trigger additional escalation alerts. You can configure which email addresses receive each alert.

GoExpirely tracks all driver qualification file documents: CDL expirations, DOT medical certificates (Form MCSA-5876), MVR renewals, hazmat endorsements, and drug & alcohol testing records. For trucks and trailers: annual DOT inspections, vehicle registration, insurance certificates (COI), IRP/IFTA permits, and trailer inspection stickers.

You can add drivers and trucks manually through the dashboard, or bulk-import via CSV on the Growth Fleet and Enterprise plans. Each driver or truck is an "entity" — you then attach documents with expiration dates to each one. The AI document scanner can automatically read expiry dates from uploaded files.

Yes. GoExpirely uses Claude (by Anthropic) for three things: (1) scanning uploaded documents to automatically extract expiry dates — no manual entry needed, (2) a compliance chat assistant where you can ask questions about your fleet in plain English ("Which CDLs expire this month?"), and (3) auto-drafting renewal notices for drivers or vendors. Your data is never used for AI training.

Yes. GoExpirely generates audit-ready compliance reports for any driver or truck — filterable by status (valid, expiring soon, expired). All plans include PDF report export. Growth Fleet and Enterprise plans include CSV export for bulk data downloads.

Yes. All documents are stored with 256-bit encryption on S3-compatible cloud infrastructure. Your documents are private to your account and never shared with third parties. AI processing is done securely — documents are not stored by the AI provider or used for model training.

Yes. All plans include a 15-day free trial. No credit card required. You can add your full fleet, upload documents, and receive your first FMCSA alerts before paying anything.

Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing in your dashboard. No cancellation fees, no long-term contracts. Your data remains accessible until the end of your current billing period.
